The purpose you write goes into the weekly report next to what actually ran on the GPU during that slot. Usage time is tallied against you and the project, with no cap.

Either cap blocks you, whichever hits first: the data cap only counts files, the cap including snapshots counts those too. Deleting files doesn't free space right away; old snapshots still hold it until rotation catches up.
